Prohibited Political Activity
Consistent with the Illinois State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, no officer or employee shall intentionally engage in a prohibited political activity during compensated time.
The Superintendent is authorized to create and implement Administrative Regulations which define prohibited political activities and set forth the process for the filing and handling of complaints for violations of the Illinois State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Such Administrative Regulations shall be disseminated as required by State law.
